Cancellation Policy

Booking: To schedule an appointment with "Jenn Of All Trades," use our online system or contact us directly. Deposit: A nonrefundable $20 deposit is required during booking or 24 hours before the appointment using an approved alternate payment method. Purpose: The deposit secures your slot, covers planning time, and supplies and travel expenses. A portion of your deposit will go toward your service. Refunds: Deposits are nonrefundable to compensate for time and effort expended. Rescheduling: You can reschedule without an additional deposit if done 24 hours before the original appointment. Late Cancellations: Late cancellations or no-shows result in forfeited deposits and require new deposits when rebooking. Payment Options: We accept virtual or cash payments during booking or approved alternate methods if received 24 hours before the appointment. Compliance: Booking implies agreement with these terms.
